BoarMax Tools is operated by BoarMax Inc, based near Shelbyville, Missouri, for internal use by BoarMax staff. These Terms of Service govern use of BoarMax Tools, including its SMS text message alert program.

Who This Program Is For

Our SMS alert program is an internal, employee-facing notification system. It is not a consumer or marketing program, and it is not open to the general public. Enrollment is limited to designated staff members who work with the relevant tool.

What You'll Receive

Enrolled staff may receive text message alerts related to operational tasks and schedules tracked in BoarMax Tools — for example, an ISO & Movement Tracker checklist item that is upcoming, due, or past due. Alerts stop automatically once the related task is marked complete.

Message frequency: varies based on active tasks; typically a few messages per week or less.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of alerts.
Reply HELP for support, or contact us at labtech@boarmax.com.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

BoarMax Tools and its data are for internal business use only. Staff may not share access credentials or tool data outside the business without authorization.

No Warranty

BoarMax Tools is provided as an internal operational aid. It does not replace professional judgment, and BoarMax Inc makes no warranty that alerts or tool outputs are error-free or delivered without delay.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our tools evolve. Continued use of BoarMax Tools after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
